"Our Plan"

The Support Groups will promote healing, building up self-esteem, and nurture self-worth. We want to help the women to start to build back their lives. To help move past the trauma through caring and compassion. 

Safe Haven Housing would consist of apartments where they can have their privacy. They would have support and resources they need. Victims wouldn't have the stress of having to find another place for them and their children. The program would allow free rent and utilities for several months as long as they are in the program.  After a period of time they would have the option of continuing to stay with low rent payments. 

Our daycare program would proved assistance to the ladies while they work or look for employment. The daycare program would specialize with babies, young children, and teens. It would give the kids a place to learn, work on homework from school, and activities that build skills. 

Our program would provide help with searching for jobs. We would have onsite computers to assist with job hunting. The program would have local business job applications for resources as well. 

If women would like assistance to try to get their GED would would be happy to help. All to often many women need help getting educational help coming out of these situations.
